Return Policy
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return any items.
Returns will be accepted for reship, even exchange, or store credit if the items arrive with manufacturer
defects or are damaged during shipping.
We inspect every product before shipping, so if the item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately -
Do not refuse shipments.

We have recently decided to offer drop shipping services to our customers completely free of charge. We encourage your
feedback and suggestions on this system while we gauge its overall appeal and feature set, and plan for the future.

Blind packing slips (no product cost information will appear with package)
Ability to track order status though our web site and via e-mail

Current Limitations:
At this time we are using a generic ship from address on packages
Tracking numbers will be provided to your Bill-to account. It is your responsibility to pass tracking number onto your drop
ship customers.
